Max & Erma's Chicken tortilla soup
Crock pot soup
ingredients
- USE LOW SALT CANNED SOUPS AND BROTH
- 2 cans (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom
- 2 cans (10.5 oz)cream of chicken
- 2 cans (10.5 oz)cream of celery
- 2 cans (10.5 oz)cheddar cheese soup
- 2 cans (15 oz) chicken broth
- 1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup salsa (chunky)
- 1 (4 1/2 oz) can diced green chilies
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 4 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
directions
Mix ingredients in crock pot and cook on low for 2-4 hours.
