Jewish Coffee CakeMary Kay Cavanaugh
- 1 box of cake mix (yellow or White)
- 1 pkg. of instant vanilla pudding
- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup sour cream
Mix and put 1/2 of batter in 10" bundt pan, greased and floured
1/2 cup of nuts
1/3 cup of sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
Mix and put 1/2 sugar topping on top. Put the rest of the cake batter in the pan and add the rest of the sugar mixture.
Bake at 350 for 55 minutes.
