Lavonne & Clara's Cream Corn
This recipe comes from my daughter-in-law’s family. And has already become a favorite of ours.
ingredients
- 2-lb. packages, frozen corn
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons butter
directions
Blend first 5 ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes. Blend in flour and butter. Cook on low until it thickens. This recipe is good to make one day ahead, then put in crock pot to warm.
