White Chicken and Broccoli Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2c fresh broccoli florets
  • 2c roasted chicken
  • 1c pre-sliced mushrooms
  • 1c Alfredo sauce
  • 1(12oz)baked pizza crust
  • 2c shredded Italianblend cheese
  • 1c shredded swiss cheese
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt
  • olive oil cooking spray

    Place oven rackmin center of ovrn; then preheat to 425F.Cut broccoli into bite-size pieces; place in large bowl. Tear chiken into bite-size pieces, if needed,and add to broccoli. Stir in mushrooms and Alfredo sauce.

    Place pizza crust on perforated pizza pan(for best results) and spread chicken mixture evenly over crust to within 1/2 inch of edge. Spread cheeses evenly over pizza;then sprinkle with basil,oregano,and garlic salt.

    Coat top of pizza lightly with cooking spray.Bake 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

    Slice and serve.
