Basic Breakfast Quiche
A dish that can feed a small family a few times over.
ingredients
- 8 slices of bacon or vegetarian bacon
- 4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
- 2 Tbsp. melted, unsalted butter
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 C. finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 C. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 C. milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a pie pan.

Fry bacon in a skillet until crisp, and then crumble. Line the bottom of a pie plate with cheese and bacon.

In a bowl, combine eggs, butter, onion, salt, flour and milk. Whisk until smooth. Pour into the pan.

Bake for 35 min. Serve hot or cold.
