Brussel Sprouts

Cook Brussel sprouts to a firm consistency. Cook some bacon in a pan and drain the bacon- add some chopped garlic and cook a little (add olive oil if necessary).

Add some pine nuts and Brussel sprouts and a very healthy amount of pesto. Add a little more parmesan cheese if desired.

Sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top, bake for a while at 325 or 350 until they start to get brown on top (about 20 minutes).
