Crunchy Cheesy Potatoes
ingredients
- 1 cup (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 T. minced chives
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup finely crushed corn flakes
- Additional minced chives (optional)
directions
In a large bowl, combine sour cream, milk, chives, salt, and pepper. Add potatoes and mix thoroughly. Spread in a 15x10x1 inch baking pan. Combine cheese and corn flakes; sprinkle over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with additional chives if desired.
