ingredients

  • Tortillas (4-6)
  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1 med chopped onion
  • 1 pkg taco seasoning
  • 1 cup of salsa
  • 1 can of ranch style or black beans (drained)
  • 1 can of corn
  • cheese (~1 cup)
  • sour cream (~1 cup)

    Brown ground meat with chopped onion; add taco seasoning. Mix meat in with salsa, beans, and corn.

    Start layering with a small bit of salsa on the bottom of the pan, then a tortillia, and the meat mixture, followed by chesse and sour cream, and repeat layers, topping with cheese. (very versatile depending on the size of pan.)

    Layer in pan 1. more salsa at the bottom of pan ,2. tortillas,3. meat mixture, 4.cheese, 5.sour cream (blob it on), and repeat-- I ended in cheese.

    Bake at 400 for 25 minutes
