Spanish Style Marinade

Marinade for chicken

ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Dry Sherry
  • 1 or 2 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 TBSP Oregano/Fresh (or 1 tsp. dried)
  • 1/2 Tsp. Spanish Paprika
  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 Tbsp. ground toasted almonds
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

    Mix all ingredients together in a small jar with a tight fitting lid. Shake well. Pour enough of the marinade over chicken to coat. Put in covered dish or plastic bag and marinate in refrigerator for at least half an hour.

    Grill or roast the chicken til done.
