Red Bean Salad
ingredients
- 28 oz can of red kidney beans
- diced celery
- diced tomato
- slice green onions - white and green parts
- salt and lots of course ground pepper
- pinch of sugar
- red wine vinegar and olive oil
directions

Mix it all together. Use as much of the vegetables and you like, I like lots. I put in lots of ground pepper too and you use as much of the red wine vinegar as you like - depending upon how tart you will like it. Put in covered bowl and refrigerate, turning bowl upside down or shaking it occasionally to mix together.

I like Goya brand kidney beans, but any kind will do.
