Red Bean Salad

ingredients

  • 28 oz can of red kidney beans
  • diced celery
  • diced tomato
  • slice green onions - white and green parts
  • salt and lots of course ground pepper
  • pinch of sugar
  • red wine vinegar and olive oil

directions

    Mix it all together. Use as much of the vegetables and you like, I like lots. I put in lots of ground pepper too and you use as much of the red wine vinegar as you like - depending upon how tart you will like it. Put in covered bowl and refrigerate, turning bowl upside down or shaking it occasionally to mix together.

    I like Goya brand kidney beans, but any kind will do.
