- • 1 dry package peppercorn sauce (unmixed)
- • 4 cups beef or vegetable stock
- • 3 large carrots, sliced
- • 4 celery sticks, sliced
- • 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
- • salt and pepper
- • 225g (8 oz) fusilli (pasta spirals)
- • 1 tbsp chopped fresh oregano or 1 tsp dried oregano
