Easy Enchiladas
ingredients
- Can of Campbell’s Fiesta Nacho Cheese Soup
- Chicken breast
- tortillas
- shredded cheese
- can enchilada sauce (optional)

Put fiesta Nacho Cheese Soup and Chicken with 1/2 can of water in crock pot. Cook till chicken is cooked, 3-4 hours. Shred and put meat back in sauce.

Put some sauce in the bottom of 9x13 pan. Put chicken mixture in tortillas and roll, place in pan. Pour enchilada sauce or remaining crock pot sauce over rolled tortillas. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Cover with foil. Bake till hot and bubbly, 350° for 20 minutes.
