Kauffman's Pumpkin Bread
ingredients
- 4 extra-large eggs
- 3 C sugar
- 2 C cooked pumpkin or 1 can solid can pumpkin
- 1/3 C oil
- 1/3 C water
- 1/2 C mayonnaise
- 3 1/2 C Bisquick, sifted
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1 tsp cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter and flour 2 loaf pans.

Mix together eggs and sugar. Mix in pumpkin, oil, water and mayonnaise. Stir well. Mix together dry ingredients and add to wet ingredients. Mix until well blended.

Pour into loaf pans and bake for 1 hour until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool. Loaves may be frozen.
