Easy Egg Rolls
ingredients
- 1/2 lb. ground beef OR pork
- (3/4) 1 lb. bag coleslaw mix (grated cabbage and carrots)
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. chopped garlic
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 3 Tbls. soy sauce
- 1 lb. pkg. egg roll wrappers
- 1 egg - beaten
directions

Brown 1/2 pound ground pork medium heat.

Add 1 bag cole slaw, 1/2 t black pepper, 1/2 t ground ginger stir till tender.

Stir in 3 T soy sauce.

Spoon 2-3 T of mixture on egg roll wrapper, brush wrapper with beaten egg and roll like a burrito.

Or use wonton wrapper and fold into triangles.

Fry in oil 350° till golder brown.

Or spray cookie sheet with Pam, lay on egg rolls, spray egg rolls with Pam, bake 400 degrees 10 minutes and then finish the browning under the broiler.

Makes 20 egg rolls.
