Party Potatoes
ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 pints sour cream (3 cups)
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- Topping
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup corn flake crumbs

Put potatoes in a greased 9 x 13 x 2" baking dish.

Pour combined remaining ingredients, except topping over potatoes. Stir slightly.

Mix melted butter and corn flake crumbs.

Sprinkle crumbs on top.

Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
