Jason's Pheasant and Wild Rice in the Crockpot
ingredients
- 1 cup raw wild rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 2 1/2 c water
- 2 pheasant remove bone and cut up into pieces
- 1 package instant onion soup mix, dry
directions
Mix all except dry soup and pheasant in crock pot and stir. Place pheasant on top. Sprinkle dry soup mix over. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours. Splash with little more water is looking dry towards end of cooking time.
