Uncle Lefty's London Broil Marinade

- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/3 Cup vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1/4 Cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp. mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt

Marinade London broil... the longer the better. (overnight recommended)

Extra marinade can be boiled and used as a gravy.
