  • 1 12-16 oz bag frozen broccoli
  • 1 12-16 oz bag frozen carrots
  • 1 12-16 oz bag frozen cauliflower
  • 6 cups of water
  • 10-12oz lite velveeta cheese
  • 1/4 -1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp seasoning salt
  • 5 tsp chicken soup base
Save a shopping List


Combine all ingredients except cheese in a large soup pot. Cook until vegetable are done. Remove vegetable from pot a little at a time and place in blender. Blend vegetables until smooth. Return blended vegetable to soup pot. Cut up cheese into chucks and add to vegetable base a few chucks at a time until melted.
