Cool Veggie Pizza
This cold appetizer pizza is an all-time favorite. Any combination of colorful vegetable toppers is tasty.
ingredients
- 1 package (8oz) refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 package (8oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp mayo
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 1 tsp dried dill weed
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 2 cups assorted fresh vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, cucumber, green or red bell pepper, tomato, green onion, mushrooms, carrot, zucchini or yellow summer squash

Preheat oven to 350°F. Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into 8 triangles, arrange triangles into a circle or rectangle. Gentle roll dough pressing seams together to seal. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until light golden brown. Remove from oven and cool completely.

In separate bowl combine cream cheese, mayo, pressed garlic and dill weed. Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix well. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over crust.

Prepare vegetables, coarsely chop, dice, slice or grate as desired.

Sprinkle vegetables over top of pizza and cut into squares.
