Strawberry Pie

ingredients
- One pie crust
- 1 cup sugar
- 3T cornstarch
- 1 cup water
- 2 T strawberry jello
- 1/2 tsp red food coloring
- 1 qt cleaned fresh strawberries

Mix sugar with cornstarch.

Add water and cook until thick.

Add jello and food coloring.

Pat strawberries dry with paper towels and put in pic shell. Pour cooked filling over top. Chill

Serve with whipped topping.
