Egg-Sausage Casserole

This is a perfect casserole for Christmas morning!
ingredients
- 12 eggs
- 4 c. milk
- 12 slices white bread, cubed with crusts removed
- 1 tsp. mustard
- salt
- pepper
- 1 1b. sausage, browned and drained
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 medium onion sauteed
- 1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 c. Monterey jack cheese, grated
directions
Mix all ingredients in 9x13-inch pan. Cover with foil and refridgerate overnight. Bake at 325° for 60-75 minutes.
