Carrie's Dilled Shrimp with Brown Rice
Carrie made this for us and everyone loved it, even the kids.
ingredients
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 1/2 C sugar snap peas, stringed
- 5 sliced green onions
- 1/2 lb. cooked, peeled and deveined shrimp
- 2 C cooked brown rice
- 2 tsp finely shredded lemon peel
- 3/4 C chicken broth
- 1 tbsp snipped fresh dill, or to taste

directions
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat, add carrots, peas and green onions, cook about 2-3 minutes. Vegetables should be tender crisp. Add shrimp and stir in cooked rice, lemon peel, broth and heat through.
