Cream of Corn Soup
ingredients
- 1 can of chicken broth
- 1 can of cream of corn
- 1 egg (2 eggs for extra creaminess)
directions

1. Empty can of chicken broth and can of cream of corn into a pot.

2. Low heat to bring contents in pot to a quiet simmer. Stir occasionally.

3. Wisk egg(s) in separate container. Slowly pour egg(s) into simmering soup.

4. Stir and heat until egg(s), cream of corn, chicken broth look homogeneous.

5. Season with black pepper as needed.

This soup is simple and easy to make. It is my favorite soup.
