Peggy's decadent cheesy potato casserole
ingredients
- 2lbs frozen hash browns,thawed
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 1/2 can milk
- 1/2 cup margarine,softened
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- Topping
- 1/2 pound bacon, cooked & crumbled
- Alternate topping
- 2 cups corn flakes
- 1/4 cup margarine
- paprika

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Mix all ingredients & press into shallow baking pan(9x13)

Top with crumbled bacon & bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
