ingredients

  • Wild salmon (not farmed)
  • 1-2 tsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • pesto

    Heat your grill to 400 degrees.

  • 2

    Rub salmon with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spread lightly with pesto.

  • 3

    Wrap in foil and grill until it flakes with a fork.
