Pumpkin Pie-Cake
ingredients
- 1 (1 lb.13 oz.)can pumpkin
- 1 (13 oz.)can evaporated milk
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. cloves
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 1/2 cubes melted butter
- 1 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped

Combine all ingredients, except cake mix, butter, and walnuts.

Pour into a buttered 9x13" pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over pumpkin mixture. Pat down gently. Sprinkle chopped nuts over top.Drizzle melted butter over cake.

Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 50 minutes.

When cool, cake may be turned upside down. The cake mixture will then be the bottom layer.

Frost with mixture of 1 (8oz.)Cool Whip,and 1 cup powdered sugar
