Honey Hen
I 1st made it for mom and dad’s 35th Anniversary. Loved it and now I make it all the time!
ingredients
- 3 lbs. chicken pieces
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 TBSP Dijon Mustard
- 1 TBSP Herbs de Provence
directions

Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Melt the honey in a small saucepan over low burner. Whisk in herbs and mustard. Place the chicken in a baking dish. Pour the mixture over the chicken. coat the chicken pieces well.

Bake 40-45 minutes at 400, turning occasionally.

Option 1: roll chicken in sesame seeds

before baking.

Option 2: Add a little soy sauce or
- 6
Worcestershire sauce to the sauce.
