ingredients

  • 1-14oz. can artichokes, drain & chop
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • fresh chopped parsley
Variations
  • Spinach & Artichoke:
  • Add 10 ounces frozen, chopped spinach; thawed & squeezed dry.

    Preheat and oven to 350°.

    Combine all ingredients in a 1 quart casserole dish. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes. Serve with your favorite dippers.
