Hot Artichoke Dip
ingredients
- 1-14oz. can artichokes, drain & chop
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- fresh chopped parsley
- Spinach & Artichoke:
- Add 10 ounces frozen, chopped spinach; thawed & squeezed dry.

Preheat and oven to 350°.

Combine all ingredients in a 1 quart casserole dish. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes. Serve with your favorite dippers.
