Bacon Wrapped Shrimp
Everything’s better with bacon!
ingredients
- Shrimp, peeled
- minced garlic
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- red pepper flakes
- 1/2 lemon or lime
- center cut bacon
directions

1. Place peeled shrimp in a bowl. Add garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil and red pepper flakes. Mix until shrimp are completely covered.

2. Set shrimp aside and allow to marinate for 10-20 minutes.

3. Squeeze lemon or lime over shrimp, and wrap each shrimp in half a slice of bacon. Wrap them tightly so that they don’t unwrap while cooking.

4. Fry shrimp over medium high heat until bacon is crisp and shrimp are pink.
