Mandarin Salad
ingredients
- 1/4 c. sliced almonds
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 head lettuce
- 1/4 head romaine lettuce
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 2 green onions
- 1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges
directions
Cook almonds in sugar in a pan on stove top. Tear lettuce. Add almonds just before serving.
