Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Pie
A creamy cheesecake studded with chocolate chips nestled in an easy graham cracker crust.
ingredients
- Graham cracker crust:
- 1 package graham crackers crushed
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- Filling:
- 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- Topping: 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1. In a medium bowl, combine ingredients for graham cracker crust and blend well. Press crumb mixture firmly inside a 9 inch pie plate to form a crust. Chill in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a medium bowl, beat the first four ingredients until smooth.

3. Fold in the chocolate chips and pour mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust. Bake in heated oven for about 45 - 50 minutes.

4. Mix topping ingredients in a small bowl. Spread pie with topping and bake 10 minutes longer.

Cool and then chill in refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
