Aunt Barbara's Cornbread Dressing
Stuffing For Turkey or Chicken
ingredients
- cornbread
- wheatbread- Toasted
- couple palm fulls of poultry seasoning
- carrot- grated
- celery- chopped
- onion- chopped
- chicken stock

Aunt Barbara says you have to measure by eye, you don’t want it mushy!

heat chicken stock on the stove, and while turkey or chicken is baking, add the drippings to the chicken stock on the stove

you can also buy extra giblets and boil in chicken stock for flavor

mix cornbread, toasted wheatbread, poultry seasoning (couple palm fulls, grated carrot, chopped onion, and diced celery, and add broth

transfer mix to a pan and place in oven.

Bake at 350 degrees till golden brown and vegetables are tender
