White Bottom Chocolate Pies
ingredients
- 1 (3.9 oz) package chocolate fudge flavored instant pudding mix
- 1 3/4 cups 1% milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 oz light cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 4oz package mini graham cracker pie crusts
- 6 Tbsp frozen reduced-calorie whipped topping, thawed
- 2 Tbsp chocolate curls

Prepare pudding mix according to package directions using 1 3/4 cups milk; stir in vanilla extract. Cover and chill.

Combine cream cheese and sugar, stirring until smooth. Spoon cream cheese mixture into pie crusts, carefully spreading to cover bottoms of crust.

Spoon pudding over cream cheese mixture. Top each pie with 1 Tbsp whipped topping.

Sprinkle with chocolate curls.
notes
For easy chocolate curls, start with a small piece of chocolate flavored almond bark and shave off pieces using a vegetable peeler. You need 1oz of almond bark for 6 pies.
