cheddar cheese fondue
cheddar cheese fondue, accompany with small pieces of Italian and pumpernickel bread, granny smith apples.
ingredients
- shredded cheddar cheese
- cheap beer (milwakees best,etc)
- Worcestershire sauce
- minced garlic
- flour
- black pepper
- small crock pot or electric fondue pot
directions

1. heat 3/4 can of beer (has to be cheep beer nothing good) minced garlic and 2tbsp Worcestershire sauce to a boil.

2. dust cheddar cheese with flour in a bowl just to cover.(this will make sure the cheese does not stick to the pot)

3. plug in crock pot, if electric you can do the cooking right in the pot instead of using stovetop.

4. once liquid is boiling slowly add handfuls of cheese while stirring until smooth. continue adding cheese until cheese runs slowly off of spoon. should be thick to hold onto food.

5. add cracked pepper to taste continue stirring. transfer cheese mixture into crock and start dipping.
