Sharon's Famous Burnt Nut Salad
ingredients
- Red Leaf Lettuce
- Chopped Walnuts
- Pear
- Goat Cheese
- Walnut Oil
- Balsamic Vinegar

Wash lettuce leaves and let them dry. Tear into small pieces.

Combine 2 parts walnut oil with 1 part balsamic vinegar.

Broil walnuts for 1-2 mins.

Slice pear into paper thin slices.

Toss torn lettuce with oil and vinegar dressing.

Crumble goat cheese on top of greens.

Sprinkle broiled nuts on salad.

Add pear slices. Toss and serve.
