- Celery, cleaned and sliced in half, lengthwise
- Shredded cheddar cheese (about 2 cups for one stalk of celery)
- 2 heaping tblsp. mayonnaise
- small jar of pimentos
The tray of Stuffed Celery was always prepared beforehand, so that the family could snack while waiting on the dinner.
