Jack Daniels Sauce
Inspired by the TGI Friday’s chain of restaurants, this sauce is great glazed over any meat.
ingredients
- 1 Tbs Onion Powder
- 1 Tbs Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbs Tabasco
- 1 Cup Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 Cup Jack Daniels Whiskey
- 2 Cups Brown Sugar
- 2 Beef Boullion Cubes
- 4 Tbs Worcestshire Sauce

1. Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan and bring to a boil (be careful, it boils over very easily).

2. Simmer over medium heats for 15 minutes until the sauce coats the back of a spoon.

3. Cool and refrigerate for at least one (1) hour.
notes
Make sure you use real Jack Daniels. It makes a difference in the taste.
