Asparagus with Smoked Salmon
Very simple, yet makes a beautiful presentation!
ingredients
- 20-24 spears asparagus
- 1 package smoked salmon
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Spread asparagus on cookie sheet

Drizzle with olive oil and garlic

Roast in oven for 10 minutes

Move to top rack of oven, switch to broil; allow to broil for 2-3 minutes

Remove from oven, set aside

Wrap small strip of smoked salmon around the bottom half of each spear, arrange on platter and serve

This goes nicely with fish.
