ingredients

  • 3 c. oats
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 c. whole wheat flour
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. wheat germ (toasted)
  • 2 t. nutmeg or 1 t. cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 t. salt
  • 1 1/2 t. baking soda
  • 1/2 c. skim milk powder
  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 2 c. chocolate chips
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 c. walnuts

directions

Drop into golf ball size mounds 1" apart on greased baking sheet. Brush with buttermilk. Bake 15-17 minutes at 375 degrees.
