Breakfast Cookies
ingredients
- 3 c. oats
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. wheat germ (toasted)
- 2 t. nutmeg or 1 t. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 t. salt
- 1 1/2 t. baking soda
- 1/2 c. skim milk powder
- 1 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 2 c. chocolate chips
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 c. walnuts
directions
Drop into golf ball size mounds 1" apart on greased baking sheet. Brush with buttermilk. Bake 15-17 minutes at 375 degrees.
