ingredients
- 1-2.5 blue and gold sausage
- 1 lb Hot sausage any brand u like
- 2 1/2 cup bisquick
- 4 cup sharp shredded cheese
- 10 dash of tobasco sauce
directions
break up sauage mix well so that the two sauages are one. add the remaining ingrediences and mix well. Will take some time to do with a wooden spoon. Wash your hand and just dig in, is the easiest. When well mixed make into small 1 inch balls. place on parchment paper cover jelly roll pan. Use a pan with an edge so grease doesn’t spill onto oven. Bake at 350 for 20 - 23 mins or until a gloden brown.

this can be prepared ahead and frozen un cooked. Be sure to roll into balls before freezing. So u can break apart balls and place on parchment paper jelly roll pan. let set out for about 15 mins then to oven.
