Pasta Walnetto
simple & tasty pasta dish...you do not need a knife this big to make pasta walnetto...
ingredients
- 1 12oz package egg noodles
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- salt & freshly ground black pepper
- 3 Tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1 cup finely chopped walnuts
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
directions

1) Boil the noodles al dente. Drain well. Mix heavy cream & sour cream; add to noodles with salt & pepper to taste + 2 T. butter. Cover & keep warm.

2) Heat the remaining T. of butter in a small pan. Saute the garlic for 3 minutes, being careful not to let it brown. Remove from heat; stir in walnuts, Parmesan & chicken broth. Toss with noodles; serve immediately.
