Fat-Free Banana Bread
ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups flour (whole wheat flour works nice too!)
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup mashed banana
- 1 cup fat free buttermilk
- 1 egg
- 1 cup walnuts/dried cranberries (optional, whichever you like)
directions
Mix all above ingredients with a wooden spoon. Grease and flour a standard glass or metal loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 55-65 minutes.
