Fat-Free Banana Bread

ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups flour (whole wheat flour works nice too!)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup mashed banana
  • 1 cup fat free buttermilk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup walnuts/dried cranberries (optional, whichever you like)

directions

Mix all above ingredients with a wooden spoon. Grease and flour a standard glass or metal loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 55-65 minutes.
