ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach, broken in pieces
  • 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, broken in pieces
  • 1/4 cup toasted sliced almonds
  • 2 cups raw (with skin) thin sliced zucchini (1 medium)
  • 1 cup frozen small peas
  • 5 green onions, sliced thin
  • 1 cup swiss cheese, grated
  • 4 slices (or more) cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 5 large mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 hard boiled eggs

directions

Layer & chill for 12 hours. Cover and place overnight in refrigerator. Morning of, pour 2 cups of ranch dressing over top.
