Crock Pot Pulled BBQ pork

  • 1 med onion - chopped
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup tomato paste
  • 2 TBSP paprika
  • 2 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 TBSP yellow mustard
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2lb pork tenderloin, loin roast, or pork shoulder

    -Combine all ingredients except onion and pork. Whisk until blended.

    -Place pork and onions in crock pot, coating both sides.

    -Cook 8-10 hours on low or 4-5 hours on high.

    -Remove and place on plate and break apart with fork.

    -Place pork back into crock pot with sauce and mix to reheat and coat with sauce.

    -Serve on rolls and enjoy!
