Lemon Feta Chicken
ingredients
- 8 skinless boneless chicken breast
- 1/4 cup lemon juice divided
- 1 TB dried oregano leaves divided
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3 ounces crumble Feta cheese
- 3 TB chopped green onion

Preheat oven to 350° and place the chicken in a 9x13 pan and drizzle with half the lemon juice and sprinkle with half the oregano and all of the pepper

Top with the cheese and green onion and drizzle with the remaining lemon juice and oregano.

Bake covered 45 minutes to 1 hour or until it is done and serve. A recipe featuring Feta and lemon for a last minute dinner.
