MARINATED GRILLED SHRIMP
ingredients
- 1 bottle beer
- 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- juice of 1 lime
- 8 jumbo shrimp 4 (8") wooden skewers

1. In a medium bowl, combine all marinade ingredients, mix well and set aside.

2. Shell and devein shrimp, and place them into the prepared marinade. Marinate 20-30 minutes in refrigerator.

3. Meanwhile, soak wooden skewers in water.

4. Remove shrimp from marinade and thread onto wooden skewers, 2 per skewer.

5. To cook, place skewered shrimp on preheated grill, about 4inches from heat source.

6. Cook about 5 minutes per side, until pink and delicately browned.
