- 1/3-cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup sour cream + 1/4 finely chopped onion
- 1 1/2 cups spring onion
- 12 ounces cream cheese
- Salt, pepper, Tabasco
- 2 packages of Ritz Crackers from a large box
- 1 stick melted butter
