Gorgonzola Pasta Salad
ingredients
- 1 box penne pasta
- 4 oz Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
- 2 bunches scallions, sliced (just the white parts)
- 1 small can black olives, sliced
- Green grapes, sliced in half-add until the salad ’looks good’
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 lemon’s juice

Cook pasta according to package directions.

While pasta is cooking, combine the rest of the ingredients (besides the cheese).

Drain pasta. Add Gorgonzola cheese to hot pasta. Mix to blend and melt. Add rest of the ingredients and let cool before serving.
