Salmon Party Ball
ingredients
- 1 can (16 oz) Alaska salmon
- 1 package (8 oz), softened
- 2 tsp onion, grated
- 1 tsp prepared horseradish
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp liquid smoke
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 3 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice

Drain and flake salmon, removing skin and bones.

Combine salmon, cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish and salt.

Mix and then add liquid smoke. Mix thoroughly until smooth (do not use electric mixer)

Chill several hours. Shape into a ball and roll in nuts and parsley.

Serve with crackers or cocktail sliced bread.
