Chicken Cordon Bleu
ingredients
- 4 Boneless Chicken Breast
- 4 Slices of provolone Cheese
- 4 slice of Prosciutto
- 3 Large eggs (beaten)
- 2 C. Panko
- 1 T. Paprika
- 1 T. Garlic Powder
- 1 T. Pepper
- 1 T. Salt

* Pound out Chicken breast flat.

* Preheat oven to 475°
- 3
* On Chicken Breast add the Cheese and the Prosciutto. Roll it.

* In a Bowl add the Panko, Paprika, Garlic powder, salt and pepper.

* Dip the Rolled Chicken in the beaten eggs, and the in the panko mixture.

* Deep dry until golden brown

* Put in oven for about 30 Minutes
